Subscription and Pricing
5for5 Soundtracks offers 2 pricing options:
- Annual subscription: $55/year
- Monthly subscription: $5/month
5for5 Soundtracks Annual subscription ($55) is paid once per year, on the day you subscribe and then on the same date every year. The Annual subscription gives you 5 credits for 5 soundtracks a month, for a period of 12 months. You can then purchase additional soundtracks at $0.50 per soundtrack.
5for5 Soundtracks Monthly subscription ($5) is paid once per month, on the day you subscribe and then on the same date every month. The Monthly subscription gives you 5 credits for 5 soundtracks a month. You can then purchase additional soundtracks at $0.50 per soundtrack.
For both pricing options, the remaining credits in your account, if unused, will be transferred to the following month.
Your subscription may also be paid in cryptocurrency via Coinbase. If you choose this option, the subscription fee will be paid based on the applicable exchange rate at the moment of every payment.
What Your Subscription Offers
Your subscription gives you access to 5 credits per month to download 5 tracks of your choice for your project, to sync with motion pictures, films, social media, video games, podcasts, radio advertisements, audiobooks, branded content and visual media projects.
More precisely, 5for5 Soundtracks grants subscribers a nonexclusive, worldwide copyright license to download, distribute, and use 5for5 soundtracks for media projects, including for client purposes. 5for5 Soundtracks licenses do not include the right to compile soundtracks to replicate a similar or competing service. The soundtracks downloaded on our Website may only be used and accessed by you, the subscriber, and authorized individuals, as defined by 5for5 Soundtracks. The present license may not be otherwise shared.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to access and use the tracks downloaded during your subscription as the licenses on your downloads do not expire. You will however lose access to any unused credits.
Please note that for Monthly subscriptions, sums already paid to 5for5 Soundtracks cannot be refunded. Once the cancellation request is received by 5for5 Soundtracks, you will be charged for one last month before your Monthly subscription is officially cancelled. In case of a cancellation of an Annual subscription, you will be reimbursed for the months left in your subscription. You will however lose access to any unused credits as of the end of your subscription. In case of a cancellation within the first 30 days of the subscription date, sums paid to 5for5 Soundtracks for the first month will not be reimbursed.
Purchases on Our Website
You agree to provide us with the up-to-date, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for any purchase made on our Website. You undertake to promptly update your account information, including your email and your credit card number, and its expiration date, in order to allow us to process your transactions and to contact you if necessary. We reserve the right to modify the prices on our Website without prior notice. We will, however, notify you if any changes are made to your subscription.
The personal information you provide us by using our Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which you may consult here. By using our Website, you agree to respect and protect the personal information of any other party.
User Account and Password
When purchasing one of our subscriptions, you will have to create an account on our Website. You agree to provide us with your true, accurate, and complete information and to keep them up to date to make sure they stay accurate and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of your account and its password, and any activity made with your account and password. We will not be responsible for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by your inability to maintain the confidentiality of the password associated with your account.
